Our friend Nissa Nicole has adopted an adorable,small  hairless dog named Hank.  Hank is very cold here in Northern California, what with all the rain and wind.  I told Nissa that I’d make some clothes for him that are befitting a canine of his gender, needs and stature. I’m starting out with a masculine-patterned jacket for him using John Deere tractor logo fabric, lined with fleece. It will be easy to wash and look fetching. (stay tuned for photos)

So, this is an official announcement that I’ll be taking comissions for canine clothing — in the Small to Tiny sizes, since the local pet supply shop has been sold out of them, since the holidays.

Note: if your dog has long hair, you probably don’t need these. But for hairless and short-haired species who were bred for very warm climates, they may need something to snuggle in, don’ t you agree?
